Sonny Galatic, our resident Mixologist/Libation therapist has been a part of the SOULNOVA family since 2012. Sonny developed her skills along side some of the most prominent mixologists in LA. Today, only alchemy can describe Sonny's knowledge of the spirits, organic herbs and juices she uses to create cocktails that taste like works of art. As part of our effort to create unique experiences for our guests, Sonny continues to design and serve cocktail's at each of our events, because no party would be complete without the sweet libations of Sonny G.
